Team Lead Recruiting (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead Recruiting (m/f/d) for a permanent position as soon as possible .

Your tasks:

• You will lead our small but excellent recruiting department.
• You are the first point of contact for inquiries from colleagues in other departments to the recruiting team.
• You coordinate, manage and plan the resources of the recruiting team in consultation with them.
• You support us with your knowledge in day-to-day operations.
• You will contribute to the strategic optimization and further development of our processes.
• You always keep an eye on strategic topics such as reporting and recruiting KPIs and are responsible for their management and development.
• You analyze, track, and evaluate data in order to adapt targeted measures.
• You recognize scaling potential and use recruiting tools for continuous development and optimization.
• You manage and oversee the entire application process and create a unique candidate journey for our applicants.

Your qualifications:

• You already have experience in the field of recruiting processes.
• Ideally, you have already worked in an agency environment.
• You are passionate about the development and motivation of employees.
• You are organized, structured, and enjoy planning.
• You always keep a cool head and always set the right priorities.
• You are communicative, customer- and service-oriented.
• You have a hands-on mentality.
