Senior Event Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Event Manager (m/f/d) for a permanent position as soon as possible .

Your tasks:

• Management and supervision of event projects: from conception, planning, preparation, execution to follow-up.
• Preparation and processing of offers and invoices.
• Budget preparation and management.
• Trade management in the lead-up to, during the execution of, and after events.
• Independent creation of or participation in event concepts (in-person, hybrid and digital events).
• Support and expansion of existing customers.
• Concept development and presentations for new and existing clients.
• Participation in the strategic optimization and further development of internal processes.

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed training or comparable studies as an Event Manager (m/f/d) in the field of event management.
• (Ideally at least 5 years) professional experience as a project manager in an agency environment or on the company side.
• Ideally, an affinity for and basic knowledge of event and/or AV technology planning.
• Solid knowledge in creating concepts and presenting them.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Conscientious and solution-oriented work ethic.
• Commercial responsibility and analytical thinking.
• Advantageous: Good English and/or other foreign language skills and a driver's license (at least class B).
