Recruiter (m/f/d)

Our team is responsible for the entire recruitment process (end-to-end) for all positions. This includes the acquisition, selection, and booking of freelancers, the hiring of in-house staff, and the placement of candidates for external permanent positions (focusing on sales profiles).

Join us as a Recruiter (m/f/d) in a permanent position.

Your tasks:

• Coordination and execution of telephone and in-person job interviews
• Active sourcing via recruitment platforms such as XING, LinkedIn, etc.
• Close cooperation and consultation with the hiring manager and project managers
• Creating meaningful advertisements
• High-volume staffing for projects across Germany
• Further development of recruitment and sourcing strategies

Your qualifications:

• You are a communicative person
• Ideally, you have prior experience in an agency or startup environment or in recruiting (career changers are welcome).
• You should enjoy interacting with different people every day and be open to new tasks.
• You always keep a cool head in our dynamic environment.
