Project Manager (m/f/d) - NTI Nordic Travel Incoming GmbH

NTI is a young, Berlin-based destination management company specializing in the German-speaking region. We are a dedicated team of multinational travel experts offering tailor-made, full-service group programs for all German-speaking destinations, including hotel selection, transportation and logistics, activities, venues, and meeting facilities. Our clients are renowned companies in the tourism and MICE industries, primarily from the Nordic countries. We organize over 200 customized group trips annually. As part of the BETTER DAY Group, we also provide live and hybrid communication services and promotional activities. Since 2021, NTI has been the first German incoming agency to be certified as a Sustainable Meeting Partner by visitBerlin.

We are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) for a permanent position as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Planning and organization of the complete program for business groups and tourist groups in German-speaking countries
• Independent handling of inquiries, as well as individual quote calculation and invoicing.
• Maintaining contact with customers from Finland, Sweden and Norway

You bring the following:

• You have training in the tourism industry and/or relevant professional experience in the incoming sector.
• You speak Swedish and/or Finnish or Norwegian and are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Extensive destination knowledge in Germany
• Structured thinking and service-oriented work
• Enjoyment of communicating with our customers and service providers
• Confident use of MS Office
