Facilitator (m/f/d) Internal Communication & Corporate Culture

Your tasks:

• You design and structure general internal processes in the office, including communication during their implementation phase.
• You understand the values and visions of the BETTER DAY team and help to convey and promote them in everyday life through tailored internal communication.
• You coordinate schedules and processes between internal stakeholders and communicate these to them. Managing internal processes is not only enjoyable for you, but also your passion.
• You support the implementation of company-wide projects and guidelines by being the point of contact for questions and actively participating in change management.
• You act as an interface between innovation and project management.
• You actively work on the conception, design and especially the development of company and project presentations, thus providing support in tenders and pitches.

Your qualifications:

• You enjoy working with Microsoft Office (the focus is on PowerPoint or similar applications as well as project management tools)
• Ideally, you have initial experience in corporate communications and/or have managed project preparation topics as an internal coordinator.
• Ideally, you have a BBA in Event Management (or a comparable degree).
• You have a knack for structured visual design.
• Experience in an agency environment or from the start-up sector is desirable.
• You are organized, structured, and enjoy planning.
• You are communicative, customer- and service-oriented.
• You enjoy immersing yourself in new tasks and thinking beyond your immediate task horizon.
