your qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training (tax clerk (m/f/d), accountant (m/f/d) or similar) with at least five years of professional experience
• sound expertise in finance and accounting
• sound knowledge of VAT law
• Very good knowledge of DATEV programs, DATEV Unternehmen Online (DUO) and DATEV accounting, including the functions ANLAG/KOST/OPOS
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• very good German skills, both spoken and written
• careful, independent and structured work style
• Commitment, teamwork and discretion

your tasks

• Processing the ongoing accounting of several companies, including the review and approval of incoming and outgoing invoices, the posting of current and bank accounts, as well as the posting of fixed assets.
• Margin accounting of a travel agency
• Timely preparation of preliminary sales tax returns and EC Sales List reports
• Processing of employee expense reports
• preparatory activities for the preparation of the annual financial statements
• Determining the VAT of an OSS (One-Stop-Shop)
• Processing incoming mail for accounting
• Contact person: for colleagues in all accounting-related matters
